A global construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in Dubai to lead cost management for significant projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, including prior UAE experience. Responsibilities include managing costs from pre-contract through to delivery and negotiating with contractors. This full-time position does not allow remote work.
