We are looking for a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join our General Counsel’s Office with a focus on continuous disclosure and other public company matters. This is a diverse and challenging role that offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization on a wide variety of legal matters. The position will be based at our global headquarters at 19 Duncan Street in Toronto.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will be:
