Senior Credit Administrator

About the role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will play a key role in providing credit administration support across a complex, multi-site environment. This position involves working with a diverse customer base and managing a range of varied and occasionally complex scenarios.This is a great opportunity to become part of a high-performing Credit Management team that supports the wider PlaceMakers Group.In this role, you will:

Monitor and manage shared accounts inboxes, promptly resolving a variety of queries and disputes

Assist with assessing new account applications and accurately entering details into our systems

Liaise closely with Credit Controllers, Branch teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues

Process credit card payments and complete daily bank reconciliations as required

Provide general administrative support to the credit team as needed
