Job Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to identify growth opportunities.
- Create customer segmentation models for targeted campaigns and personalized experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and IT teams to improve customer lifecycle management.
- Maintain CRM data quality, integrity, and system effectiveness.
- Identify and implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
