Job Responsibilities

- Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze customer insights and campaign performance to optimize results.
- Develop customer segmentation and targeting frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and lifecycle management.
- Drive CRM process improvements and automation projects.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of CRM, marketing analytics, or customer engagement experience.
