If you are an experienced Crop farm manager with the relevant knowledge and skills and ‘ownership’ mentality this senior position could be for you.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Min of 5-8 years relevant field farming/farm management experience
- Proven experience with Maize, Soya & winter Canola
- Previous experience with livestock advantageous
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Computer Literate
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
