About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cultural
Quality Advisor to join our Quality Team on Te Tai o Poutini.

This role is pivotal in improving the quality, safety, and overall experience
of health and disability services received by Māori individuals and their
whānau, in alignment with Whakamaua: Māori Health Action Plan – Priority
Area 6.

You will lead the design and delivery of a cultural audit
process using the new Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Service Standards,
and work in partnership with Māori and other communities to ensure that their
