Job Description

Lead Lightspeed’s North America Retail onboarding team as a Senior Manager, Customer Implementation. Drive product adoption and enhance customer retention through strategic onboarding initiatives.
In this pivotal role reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will manage and optimize the implementation team. You will focus on delivering a seamless onboarding experience, improving performance metrics like time-to-value and product adoption, as well as supporting at-risk accounts. Building effective cross-functional partnerships will be essential to align onboarding with the company's broader objectives.
