About the role
As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for deepening engagement and relationships with our customers and turning brand neutrals into brand advocates that build credibility, help us create customer‑centric solutions and enhance Perk’s position in the marketplace.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive customer advocacy and marketing strategy that identifies, nurtures, and leverages Perk customers as advocates and their role in delivering growth
- Enhance the case study/testimonial programme to amplify the excitement of our customers and demonstrate the realised economic value within their businesses
- Work with integrated marketing, social media, sales, and other cross‑functional partners to own the distribution of such content through the customer lifecycle
- Develop and roll‑out Perk customer referral & customer reference programs
