Main Objective:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will provide support in the following areas To maximize revenue potential• Central Point of contact between Customers, Sales/Business Development, Supply Chain & Ops Support team To ensure offers and tenders activities complies to the procedures, increase the winning rate and optimise sales margin Ensure tender and quotation are managed in accordance with the defined process, directives from company standards Build on current work process and seek for areas of improvementTo achieve 100% customer satisfaction Key Tasks:
