Job Responsibilities
Handle and supervise customer service operations across multiple communication channels.
Lead and manage a team of 3 customer service staff.
Ensure excellent customer experience and timely response handling.
Monitor customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer handling processes.
Prepare customer service reports and performance evaluations.
Maintain service quality standards and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in related industries.
Experience handling multiple customer service channels such as WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and email.
