Senior Customer Service Representative at TTEC, Cape Town, South Africa.
What You’ll Do
Provide support for customers in diagnostic imaging, life care solutions, surgical or biomedical services. Resolve escalated or complex calls, deliver empathy, research solutions, and work flexible hours to support U.S. customers, possibly as late as midnight local time.
- Answer incoming communications with sincere empathy.
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues.
- Work shift hours that support U.S. customers, which may extend to midnight local time.
What You Bring To The Role
- Matric/NQF Level 4 (mandatory) and SA Citizenship or permanent residency
