Job Description
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, bundles, or promotions to drive conversion
- Follow up on customer orders, handle resend/return, delivery status, and basic after-sales enquiries
- Support online sales campaigns, product launches, and peak period activities
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales-related cases
- Provide feedback and insights on common customer questions to improve sales and marketing execution
- Perform other sales support or administrative tasks as assigned
