Managing a portfolio of around 75 customers, you will deliver 1:1 engagement across onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, and executive business reviews, supported by joint success planning. The role is highly relationship-focused and outcomes-driven, with accountability for customer retention, value realization, and long-term growth.
