SUMMARY
The primary function of this role is to provide technical customs expertise to the Canadian organization and clients in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding client services are provided.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating activities, operational, rating, and technical, to ensure that shipments are classified and rated properly, and cleared in a timely mannerHandling CAD and Mass Adjustments, processing and presenting to Customs in a timely manner.Processing duty drawback claimsUpdating client customs profiles when changes are made by way of audits, DAS, or other meansManagement of all Free Trade certificates and ensuring clients are aware of their liabilities / responsibilities to provide properly completed certificatesConsulting with clients and non-clients, in conjunction with other managers / salespeople on all aspects of customs laws and ...
