Clean, standardise, and consolidate data from multiple sources including: Organisational charts
Establishment lists
Salary data
Cost codes, tiers, and role structures Maintain and update figures in presentation materials prepared by the Lead Analyst.
Develop and manage Excel-based models to: Map job roles to tiers and levels
Calculate total salary costs by unit, function, team, department, and service
Support scenario modelling (., structural changes, team moves, cost reduction)
Identify gaps, duplications, and anomalies in workforce data
