Job Description
This role supports strategic HR and organizational decision-making by delivering high‑quality people insights across the full employee lifecycle. The position acts as a key interface between HR, Data, BI, and senior management, ensuring that HR decisions are grounded in robust data, clear analysis, and well-structured reporting.
- Analyze HR data and deliver strategic and operational reporting
- Understand the full HR scope and end-to-end HR processes
- Develop, maintain, and communicate HR dashboards and insights
- Work closely with HR, BI, and Data teams
- Prepare clear and structured communications for management
- Ensure data quality and contribute to process-oriented HR practices
- Strong HR background required (soft HR knowledge is essential)
- Very comfortable working with data and analytics
- Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and HR dashboards
