Mō te tūnga | About the Role
This is a senior role with a strong leadership dimension. Your primary contribution will be raising the quality and consistency of data insight work across the team — through mentoring, editorial oversight, and working closely with the Research Lead to plan and sequence the work programme.
You will bring enough technical depth in Python (and ideally R) to review methods, test assumptions, and quality-assure others' outputs. But the core of the role is judgement: knowing what good looks like, being able to explain it clearly, and helping others get there.
