The Senior Data Manager acquires, cleans and develops datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting. The individual will acquire, validate, store, protect, and adhere to processes around data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, and timeliness of the data for its users. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing data architectures, policies, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of an enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have:
o Ability to interact with business and IT departments in understanding user needs
o Able to translate the business needs to technical requirements in terms of data needs
o Be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Possess the capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
