Senior Data Science – ML Engineer

Role: Senior Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer (7+ Years)

• Independently design and deliver end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions, from problem definition to production deployment.
• Build and operationalize prediction, forecasting, and churn models using structured and large-scale datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and apply statistical techniques to uncover insights and guide modelling decisions.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models including time-series algorithms, regression, and tree-based methods such as XGBoost.
• Lead hands‑on MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, retraining strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalable, reliable, and high‑quality production deployments of ML solutions.
