What You’ll Work On
Fine-tuning Small Language Models using Lo RA / QLo RA / PEFT
Building healthcare-focused NLP and AI systems
Synthetic dataset generation for domain-specific tasks
Prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines
Quantization & inference optimization for GPU-efficient deployments
Benchmarking domain-specific SLMs against frontier models
Production-grade AI workflows in high-accuracy environments
