Responsibilities and Task
- Production Planning Optimization: Collaborate with domain experts to translate complex production planning problems (e.g., resource allocation, capacity planning) into AI/ML and Agentic solutions.
- Agentic AI Development:
- Design and implement multi-agent systems for Assembly and Test Planning and Operation.
- Build agent orchestration frameworks that coordinate multiple specialized agents (planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control).
- Implement tool-using capabilities, function calling, and agent memory systems.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging and observability for agentic systems.
- RAG-LLM Development
- Identify potential data sources for RAG implementation.
- Develop advanced retrieval strategies including hybrid search, re-ranking, and contextual compression.
