- As a Senior Database Administrator, your role involves:
- Design and develop efficient and scalable database structures that meet organizational requirements.
- Implement database solutions, including data modeling, schema design, and normalization.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including backups, indexing, and updates.
- Implement and enforce database security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Plan and execute data migration and integration projects with minimal disruption.
- Identify and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
