Essential Functions
Create and maintain system standards for assigned systems:
- Create and manage system changes.
- Manage system change implementations via a strict change management policy.
- Coordinate implementation items between all groups and ensure proper testing of those items.
Train MIS staff on appropriate build and procedures to ensure knowledge share and appropriate support.
Works with Watson Clinic staff and vendors, by coordinating projects related to systems and reporting services.
- Create effective project plans including timelines, implementation schedules and test plans.
- Schedule and coordinate all meetings, webinars, or other communications regarding projects pre/post implementation.
Maintain accurate system flows and documentation.
