This role is a senior, delivery‑first role for an experienced engagement professional who thrives in complex, multi‑workstream environments. As Senior Delivery Manager you will be the operational backbone of our Australian client engagements – running the end‑to‑end delivery engine while working in close partnership with onshore Engagement Managers and the Director of Client Partnerships.
You will not just execute – you will elevate. You bring strong project management rigor, a continuous improvement mindset, and enough client‑facing capability to contribute meaningfully to stakeholder conversations when needed. You thrive on building systems, identifying delivery gaps, and setting the standard for how work gets done.
