A leading international architectural practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Architect to join its Dubai studio. The successful candidate will play a central role in leading innovative design concepts and creative architectural solutions for world-class commercial and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities: • Lead the design development of large-scale commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from concept through detailed design stages • Develop creative and compelling architectural concepts that respond to client aspirations, site context, and functional requirements • Collaborate with design directors and project teams to translate design intent into cohesive architectural narratives • Guide and mentor junior designers in design thinking, creative problem-solving, and presentation techniques • Coordinate design packages with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure design integrity throughout project delivery • Present design concepts and proposals to c...
