MANAGEMENT Responsible for the overall project operations of the company Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective projects Handling situational problems, looking into customer's complaints and initiating corrective actions Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken Identify and provide training for Supervisors and operations team Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel PROJECT Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects Co-ordinate and interact with the project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors Prepare & update ...
