MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for the overall project operations of the company
- Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules
- Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities
- Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective projects
- Handling situational problems, looking into customer's complaints and initiating corrective actions
- Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
- Identify and provide training for Supervisors and operations team
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel
PROJECT
- Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project
