Job Description
Responsible for the full delivery of engineering design projects, from inception to completion, oversees multidisciplinary design teams (Structural, MEP, Architecture, etc.), ensures technical quality and compliance, manages client relationships, and maintains project schedules, quality, and budgets.The Position sits within the Project Management Department and reports directly to the Projects Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope & Design Management: Lead scope definitions and technical KPIs. Own the Design Change Management protocol to evaluate modifications for cost, schedule, and quality impacts before execution.
- Schedule & Cost Control: Develop baseline schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM). Monitor project accounts and deploy predictive forecasting to proactively prevent cost overruns.
