As Senior Designer – Womenswear for AND , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and product expression of one of India’s leading contemporary fashion brands. This role demands not just a flair for fashion and aesthetics, but also a deep understanding of the evolving lifestyle and aspirations of the modern Indian woman.
You will lead the design journey — from concept to customer — by blending creativity, commercial awareness, and strong executional capability. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure the final product is trend-right, brand-aligned, and execution-ready for a dynamic retail environment.
