Company Overview:
We specialize in architectural façade and aluminium works including curtain wall systems, aluminium cladding, louvers, and glass façades for both commercial and government projects. We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior Designer to join our design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development of façade systems including curtain wall, aluminium cladding, louvers, etc.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with QS, project, and site teams to ensure buildable and practical design solutions.
- Attend client/consultant meetings for technical clarifications and design modifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in façade and aluminium works (Singapore Project).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
