JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide L1 & L2support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and support Windows OS & Microsoft 365 applications
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access)
- Handle tickets via ITSM tools within SLA timelines
- Support remote users, VPN, and connectivity issues
- Perform system imaging, patching, and antivirus updates
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support videoconferencing tools and mobile devices
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
