Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new or improve application recipes to support commercial team.
- Apply Company's technology such as Juice, flavor and other ingredients in sweet/beverage products.
- Prepare application sample and provide submission documents as request
- Develop and maintain project timeline, any competitive analysis testing and stability test study.
- Ensure all result are captured, recorded and filed to ensure availability for future project
- Maintain clean and safe working environment in the lab
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology or related technical fields
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years working experience in beverage product development, food/ flavor industry, application lab,...
