- Collaborates with leadership team to establish the project goals including scope definition, quality targets and timeframe;
- Ensures planned capacity will deliver project on time, quality and budget;

- Regularly works with team members to manage risks and dependencies; creates and updates project risk and dependency lists;
- Responsibility for establishing an overall project schedule based on the individual task estimates;
