What You’ll Do
- Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Provide production support (BAU) , proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
- Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
- Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
- Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response. <...
