Working pattern: 3 days in the office + 2 days working from home
A global luxury asset insurer is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer into a 3-person Cardiff team. The company is expanding and this is an exciting time for the business. This role is the DevOps lead role so you'll own the infrastructure and CI/CD function end to end.
You're insuring some of the world's most valuable and interesting assets, for a client base that expects a premium experience to match.
The second draw is technical autonomy. The platform was originally built by a third‑party agency, and while it works, the internal team had limited input into the architecture.
