About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist – PDM to provide strong technical ownership and operational leadership for KONE’s Product Data Management (PDM) platforms and related AWS‑based services.
This is a senior technical authority role with end‑to‑end accountability for the reliability, resilience, and operational excellence of PDM‑related services. You are responsible not only for hands‑on execution when needed, but for setting operational standards, leading complex incidents, governing production readiness, and driving long‑term improvements across AWS‑based environments.
You act as a trusted technical partner to product, platform, and business stakeholders, and as the primary operational escalation point for PDM services. The role requires deep technical judgment, strong leadership under pressure, and the ability to influence teams and suppliers to protect service continuity and platform sustainability.
