Senior DFT Engineer – SoC Test & Validation Lead (Penang/KL)

Oppstar Berhad is seeking a skilled professional to implement and validate DFT features for complex SoC designs. This role will focus on DFT verification, Scan Insertion, and ATPG simulation, while collaborating with various engineering teams.
