Job Description

SENIOR DIE CAST ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING)

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize HPDC machine parameters (shot profiles, injection pressures, thermal balance).
  • Conductdietrials and process validation for new tooling.
  • Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and quality teams.
  • Monitor performance indicators (OEE, FPY).
  • Implement DOE, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support alloy handling and melt quality control.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminium die casting or HPDC manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in aluminium and zinc die casting process optimization.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
