Our Role


We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Online Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing at The White Company, overseeing £8m in digital investment across a multi-category, premium retail business.

This is a high-impact role focused on profitable customer growth across the full funnel — from acquisition to retention and reactivation — while balancing brand and performance across channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver a data-led, full-funnel performance marketing strategy across paid social, paid search, SEO (including AI-driven search evolution) and affiliates

  • Develop and manage media plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring delivery against revenue, order and customer targets
