Kroll is seeking an accomplished, commercially focused Senior Director to lead its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice across Latin America , based in São Paulo . This role serves as the head of eDiscovery for LATAM , responsible for revenue growth, P&L performance, client expansion, and operational delivery across the region.
The Senior Director will oversee a São Paulo–based team, direct complex discovery and investigation matters, and collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders across Cyber and other Kroll service lines. This individual will also play a visible thought‑leadership role in the LATAM legal, technology, and investigations markets.
This is a replacement role , continuing the leadership and strategic direction of an established and growing practice. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Discovery & Analytics Solutions.
