We offer hybrid working wherever possible. For this job, you’ll spend at least two days per week in the London office or, if part‑time, 40 % of your working time based at our London office.
What you’ll be doing
You will be a key member of the Health & Social Care Sector team, primarily responsible for supporting income generation and optimising Return on Equity within the Health & Social Care portfolio. A core part of the role involves assisting in the sourcing of high‑quality customers and strengthening the team’s brand visibility across both local and national markets, particularly among advisors and the wider investor community.
You’ll help evaluate and generate new opportunities with prospective customers, supporting the conversion of new‑to‑bank relationships while also contributing to the ongoing development of existing customer partnerships.
