Job Description
Responsible for the research, development and formulation optimisation of polymer materials such as polyolefins (PPR/PE/PVC); leads efforts to enhance material performance, improve processes and scale up pilot-scale operations, ensuring products meet the stringent requirements of applications such as water supply and drainage, and gas distribution.
Undertakes research, feasibility studies and the initiation and implementation of forward-looking R&D projects; monitors cutting-edge technological developments in the field of polymer materials; and promotes collaboration between industry, academia and research institutions, as well as the commercialisation of scientific and technological achievements.
