This role serves as a key advisor on transaction matters, fund structures, and investor considerations while working closely with Finance, Legal, Investments, Client Service, and external specialists. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex tax matters into practical guidance for internal teams and clients.
