Job Summary: Involves in all aspects of the business, including maintaining good day to day working relationships with clients, managing the workload of the team, media relations, events management and playing a full role in new business pitches.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
I. Client Servicing
- Provides proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
- Manages and develops the people working on his/her accounts
- Provides timely and consistent strategic and tactical advice
- Analyses and solves problems for clients and the company
- Develops programs and oversees the development and delivery of high-quality output by the team
- Maintains and develops client relationships
- Plans, prepares and delivers client presentations when necessary
