Senior Director, Safety Officer – SEPTA
Location: Lisbon, Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Portugal
Salary range: 142,116.00 – 177,658.00
Job Grade: SAM 44
Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and plan daily activities of the Accident Prevention & Investigation (AP&I) Department and Operations Safety (OS) Department.
- Coordinate with the AGM and other senior leaders to establish department goals and programs to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure adequate staffing, training, and morale to meet department goals.
- Interpret Authority policy and support the System Safety Division in developing safety plans, program plans, policies, and directives.
- Supervise daily activities of Directors, set individual goals, assign work, and provide ongoing training and feedback.
