Responsibilities
- Support the development of financial and operational goals to drive margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin.
- Implement a new value creation framework to unlock margin improvements for reinvestment in growth and market share expansion.
- Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities across the full P&L, defining data requirements and building compelling business cases.
- Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives, including tariff mitigation strategies and productivity programs.
- Develop and maintain a robust governance model to drive business integration and regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Build strategic modeling, opportunity analysis, and business case development capabilities within the Value Creation Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
