East Rand Position Purpose
To lead the preparation of complex engineering designs and technical drawings while providing technical guidance to junior team members. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality engineering documentation, supporting manufacturing operations, and driving continuous design improvement
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D engineering designs and models. Produce complex manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication drawings. Review and approve drawings prepared by junior draughtsmen. Lead design and product development projects. Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support engineering calculations and design verification activities. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
