Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop well engineering designs and drilling programs for development and/or complex wells.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis including well architecture design, casing and tubing design, hydraulics modelling, torque & drag analysis, and well control evaluations.
- Prepare, review, and optimize drilling programs in compliance with internal technical standards and industry best practices.
- Utilize advanced drilling engineering software such as Landmark WellCat, Drillbench, or equivalent tools to support design validation and operational planning.
- Plan and support execution of MPD and CBHP operations, ensuring safe pressure control and well integrity throughout drilling activities.
- Provide engineering support during offshore/onshore operations, including real-time technical troubleshooting and optimization.
