Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and optimize e‑commerce storefronts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and account health.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop content for digital channels.
- Track performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports to support business decisions.
ORDER, INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS
- Manage order processing across all marketplaces, including FBM and FBA.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile stock discrepancies, and coordinate replenishments.
- Handle shipping issues, lost/damaged claims, and coordinate replacements with Customer Service.
